Duties:

- Respond and pursue new sales opportunities through various communication channels. - Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote sales growth. - Build expert level product skills and understanding. - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, calculating quotes & pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Track progress and document sales activities through systems to inform future steps and identify areas for improvement. - Contribute to marketing and sales strategic planning. - Recruit new product dealers to sell products. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Experience:

- 1 year proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a technical sales role. - Strong ability to utilize computer systems to produce product quotes, manage customer interactions and track sales activities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships. - Experience in account management to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize upselling opportunities.

Our work environment is quite casual and offers flexible work arrangements. Periodic remote work is viable.

Built from aircraft aluminum, our ramps will not rust or corrode. We also offer a 10-year warranty on our ramps and a 1-year warranty on the motor for powered van ramps. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
