POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and

customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your

primary responsibility will be assisting customers in finding and purchasing products that meet their needs while maintaining a neat and organized store environment. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and

assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Listen attentively to customers’ needs and offer

appropriate product recommendations based on their

preferences and requirements.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products and

services offered, including features, benefits, and pricing.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales

floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and

tidying up the store.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including handling

cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

and provide support during peak business hours.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and

company policies to ensure accurate and informed

assistance to customers.

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints

professionally, striving to resolve issues and provide

solutions in a timely manner.

• Assist with inventory management, including receiving,

unpacking, and organizing merchandise shipments.

• Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering

teamwork, cooperation, and open communication with

colleagues.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous retail sales experience is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product information and assist customers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the store’s operating hours.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects when necessary.
• A passion for retail and a genuine interest in the products we offer.

COMPENSATION

$15.00 per hour Commission
