RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate the roll forming line and other machinery used in the production process, or assist other machine operators with in line operations.
• Set up tooling, load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
• Strong knowledge of roll form tooling and the ability to evaluate and generate improvement opportunities to tooling and process is preferred.
• Monitor condition of tools (rework when necessary) and verifies coolant levels in the equipment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities and report productivity to the supervisor.
• Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.
• Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Uphold all ISO and OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above.
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
