This position is for full time, 7:30-4:30 daily with a 1 hour lunch break during nap time. Monday-Friday. Weekends and evenings and all major/federal holidays off. Opportunities for more hours when other staff is sick or on vacation. There is potential for a raise at 90 days if the candidate demonstrates exceptional work ethics, reliability, and dependability for the tasks required. Candidate will work primarily with infants and toddlers, helping them grow in their development, but will work with all children. Will need to pass a background check that includes fingerprinting and sex offender check, as required by DFS. Will need to have/ obtain a valid Infant/child CPR/ first aid, complete a TB risk assessment, and online training. Employer will help with any continued training hours required. I am looking for someone who has experience working with children in a licensed daycare setting and is familiar with the fast paced duties that will be necessary. I require an energetic, creative, leadership type of attitude. Candidate needs to have patience and demonstrate motivation to do what needs to be done. Looking for someone who loves children and is interested in sticking around long term, can form emotional connections with children, takes initiative , and is a self starter not afraid to engage with children. Will need to be 18 years old. Pay will depend on experience working in a daycare, or school setting. Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
