This salaried position is Full Time/Full Year $27.66-28.45 per hour ($57,532.80-59,176 annually)
The Early Head Start (EHS) Site Team Leader (STL) provides immediate supervision and oversight of Rock Co. Early Head Start services and staff according to the individual needs of participating pregnant women and children, ages birth to 3, in consistency with the needs of the community and provided in coordination and collaboration with Head Start and other community services.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (Pre-K) or a Bachelor’s degree or higher that includes coursework equivalent to a major in Early Childhood Education. Transcripts are required to validate educational requirements.
Employee must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certificates.
Required excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Ability to maintain good attendance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of one year experience with early childhood home-based and/or center-based programming.
Minimum of one year supervisory experience is preferred.
Ability to operate a variety of office machines, such as computer, keyboard, coper, FAX machine, computer printer, etc.
It is desirable for the employee to be fluent in English and Spanish.
