Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of cookies
- Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet quality and consistency standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of all products
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of baked goods
- Package finished products for display or delivery
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
Skills:
- Culinary skills: Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Food preparation: Ability to measure, mix, and portion ingredients accurately
