Risk Modeling Manager oversees the strategic business analysis modeling activities involved in an organization's credit risk management function. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Risk Modeling Manager typically reports to top management. The Risk Modeling Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Risk Modeling Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Identify, create, and participate in the implementation of business process improvements, enabling tools, and systems that deliver tangible value. Advisor on projects, offering solution-design support and best practices for process management.

    To support the continuous improvement of the IT Governance process and facilitate an improved customer experience in the active management of requests for IT projects, the ITG team seeks to hire an ITG Process improvement implementation manager.

    This position will serve as a single point of contact identifying, documenting, designing, developing, and implementing a future environment model for the IT governance process. This position is a pivotal addition to the ITG team and will focus on blending use of LEAN techniques to frame identified challenges, develop pragmatic solutions to those challenges with limited resources, and define and measure the effectiveness of improvements made.

    This position will measure the progress made on various IT proposals collected across all portfolios and work with the reporting team to regularly publish timely and relevant status information in both the current and future environments. Additionally, this position is expected to:

    1. Serve as a conduit and key point of contact coordinating all process improvement activities.

    2. Develop a value stream map of the IT governance process including value and non-value add activities.

    3. Collect and visualize value stream mapped data on the existing IT governance process.

    4. Develop a scorecard comprised of strategic portfolio management performance metrics.

    5. Develop Executive presentations illustrating proposals status amid improvement efforts.

    6. Use LEAN techniques to define and document the problem(s), measure the scope of the problem(s), analyze the issues associated with the problem(s), design improvement activities designed to address the root of the problem(s), and recommend long-term control activities the organization should implement.

    This position serves as a strategic advisor on improvement projects, offering solution-design, driving implementations, and providing implementation support and best practices resources improving key processes.

    Up to 25% of time will be spent serving as a key backup for the team in the execution of the day-to-day process. This will assist this position’s ability to understand the governance process from within the process.

    II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Requirements:

    Must have experience with the entire Microsoft office suite including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio

    Must be able to apply value stream mapping expertise or process mapping expertise to document value add activities.

    Must be able to deploy data gathering and data analysis techniques to collect and analyze key data.

    Experience with ITIL Service demand management (preferred)

    Experience with managing the needs of multiple stakeholders. (preferred)

    Experience with applying LEAN techniques including statistical process control (preferred)

    Knowledge and experience with the D.M.A.I.C. methodology (preferred)

    Must have experience using Power BI for data visualization

    Job Type: Contract

    Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
