Risk Manager manages and administers an organization's risk-management programs. Implements policies, procedures, and controls to monitor and minimize the risk exposure of assets. Being a Risk Manager researches internal and external risk factors including economic, market, and regulatory risks that may affect the organization. Routinely evaluates the effectiveness of procedures and collaborates with internal stakeholders to monitor changes in the business environment. Additionally, Risk Manager manages statistical analysis and designing of financial models to predict the risk exposure of an organization's assets. Reviews risk analysis reports to ensure risks are identified and managed effectively. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Risk Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Hueman is hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete In-Home Health Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members. This position is a full-time traveling opportunity based in West Virginia and the North East Region. Nurse Practitioners will be required to travel the entire state, with travel to additional states based on the needs of the business. NPs will complete an average of 30 assessments per week/6 assessments per day. Extended stays away from home location will likely occur. Providers will be reimbursed for travel, mileage, hotel, and meals.

Qualified Nurse Practitioners seeking this Health Risk Assessment (HRA) position, will have the special opportunity to interact with the member in a more intimate setting. In contrast to a typical clinic visit, the members are in the comfort of their own homes, allowing the NP to connect with them more effectively.
Nurse Practitioners performing these in-home health risk assessments are not required to treat or prescribe in the home. This is strictly a wellness exam including a comprehensive physical assessment, review of medical history, perform medication reconciliation as well as some basic patient education.
