Working in close collaboration with the Regional Director of Quality, the Regional Director of Risk Management will become responsible for oversight and management of the health system’s clinical risk management activities.
In this role, there will be the chance to foster and champion an environment and culture that promotes the reporting of matters, identification and escalation of issues, and the formulation of new processes and procedures to mitigate grievances.
The Regional Director of Risk Management will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer CMO and will have a dotted line to the Regional Vice President of Quality Management.
