Reporting to the VP of Support Services, the Director Plant Operations will oversee all aspects of the facility including plant management, maintenance, boiler plant, grounds, facility projects, and real estate. The Director Plant Operations will promote a professional environment, implement the system mission, provide staff evaluation, serve as a subject matter expert for the facility, have oversight of department budgets, and enforce regulatory standards.
