The Interim Director Case Management will be responsible for the day to day operations and supervision of designated case management work staff. They will manage staff recruitment and training, implementation of department goals and activities, and serve as the central resource to the team. They will ensure all strategies are efficient, effective, timely, and support financial reimbursement. The Interim Director Case Management will work closely with managers to meet the organization's performance improvement goals and objectives. 

The ideal Interim Director Case Management candidate will have their Master's Degree and years of acute care leadership experience. Candidates with their BSN, LCSW certification, and CCM certification are encouraged to apply.
