The Cyber Risk Management Analyst II are considered skilled and proficient as many domains of information security. As a Cyber Risk Management Analyst II, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks to safeguard our organization's digital assets. Working closely with cross functional teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.

- Risk Assessment and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities, threats, and potential impacts on the organization's information systems.
- Analyze and evaluate existing security controls and recommend enhancements to strengthen the overall security posture.
- Incident Response and Management:
- Develop and implement incident response plans, including procedures for detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and lessons learned.
- Threat Intelligence and Monitoring:
- Monitor emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities, and provide timely alerts and reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize threat intelligence feeds to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, legal and regulatory requirements, and internal policies related to information security.
- Security Architecture and Design:
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to assess and enhance the security of network architectures, applications, and systems.
- Security Awareness and Training:
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs for employees, promoting a culture of security consciousness.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and Up-to-date records of security incidents, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Generate regular reports for management to provide insights into the organization's cyber risk landscape.
- Support the Security Operations Team in incident and event monitoring.
- Works on planned initiatives with an eye toward security best practices and new risks.
- Identify or verify risks within assets and networks.
- Create and update documentation for technical, management, and user audiences.
- Communicate effectively with both Technology and business customers,
- Work as part of a cross functional, matrixed team,

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Three to five years prior experience in a similar position.
