Prepares and/or reviews draft ROW contracts and related documents based on terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable policy and guidelines and/or identifies potential problem areas such as unclear contract language or inadequate supplemental conditions, and makes recommendations to ARRC’s Legal Office for final review.  Prepares and/or reviews miscellaneous draft contract amendments, permits, and ROW agreements.
