Prepares resolutions and other legal forms related to land acquisitions. Additionally, Right of Way Agent may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Right of Way Agent contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Then you may be perfect for One Way Cleaning Services Inc. We are a local, residential cleaning business based in Miami, Florida. Most of the cleaning involves maintaining high-end homes. We are looking for cleaners who’re available to work 20-30 hours a week at a rate of $12 to $18 an hour after training. Employees get paid $11.00/hr to train. The ideal candidate has access to their car.

Requirements:- Prior experience working as a professional cleaner is a PLUS but not a must (full training will be provided);
- Must have a driver's license, insurance, and a dependable car;
- Must be able and willing to have us run a background check and drug testing (marijuana included);
- Authorized to work in the United States;
- Able to lift at least 30 pounds;
- Smartphone with texting, camera, and GPS;
- Speak fluent English;
- Be motivated to provide excellent service every day;
- High standard of cleanliness;
- LIVE IN OR NEAR ONE OF THESE AREAS: Miami Dade County and Broward County areas;
- Great interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proactive and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely;
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and maintain schedule while responding to incidents;
- Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods.

Responsibilities:- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types;
