Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and assisting customers with their purchases. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process sales transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and procedures
- Assist customers in locating products and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Stock shelves and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively

Preferred Experience (But will train):
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and electronic payment methods
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
