Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced X-Ray Installation Rigger to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of X-ray equipment at various healthcare facilities. The role involves heavy lifting, precision rigging, and coordination with other team members to ensure seamless installations. The X-Ray Installation Rigger will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities:
· Remove and or install X-ray unit(s)
· Safely rig and move heavy X-ray equipment during installations.
· Must be familiar with connecting and disconnecting industrial power.
· Ability to be available after-hours, including weekends.
· Utilize rigging techniques and tools to secure equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
· Collaborate with installation teams to ensure proper placement and alignment of X-ray equipment.
· Communicate effectively with project/installation managers, engineers, and other team members to achieve project goals.
· Conduct site surveys to assess space and environmental considerations for X-ray equipment installation and report to installation manager.
· Follow instructions and directions of the Installation Manager and manufacture in a timely and accurate manner.
· Assist in conducting preliminary tests on installed X-ray equipment to ensure functionality and adherence to specifications.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues promptly.
· Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines during rigging and installation activities.
· Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including equipment specifications, test results, and any modifications made during the process.
· Complete installation reports and submit them to the Installation manager for review.
· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in rigging and equipment installation is a plus.
· Preferred experience as a Rigger in the context of X-ray equipment installation.
· Strong understanding of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment specifications.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Valid driver’s license with a Class-D endorsement.
· Maintain a current DOT compliance with physical and random drug/alcohol screenings.
