Supervisor Revenue Cycle \Remote

Supervise team providing leadership to ensure a highly sustainably engaged team is in place, with ongoing review of productivity and staffing needs, coaching and guidance, ensuring daily huddles are in place for team collaboration and achievement of work goals, ensuring 1:1's occur to support team members and provide coaching and development as needed, ensuring regular all hands meetings occur for transparent and consistent communication. Ensure talent is identified, hired, and trained and that the new hire and onboarding process is completed in a way that fosters success and caregiver experience. Ensure performance goals are set and monitored and regular communication about performance and development occurs.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4 years of related experience in healthcare, revenue cycle or finance or banking.
• 2 years of Leadership experience.
