Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Reservations/Revenue team as the Revenue Analyst at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa located in Beaver Creek, Colorado. The Revenue Analyst utilizes management skills and knowledge of hotel operations, to contribute to the Revenue Strategy Team in maximizing revenue and bottom line profits for the benefit of the hotel. Establishes goals to consistently achieve or exceed forecasts for room revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPar. Implements yield management techniques to maximize revenues by communicating with DOS and selecting the most profitable mix of demand for the given capacity both in rooms and food & beverage. Accountable for property occupancy through property analysis, competitive analysis, pricing, direct sales involvement, promotion and marketing efforts. This position may report to the Director of Revenue Management.
The starting pay for this position is $25.00/hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
