    Information Technology Enterprise Program Management Office

    The following are the duties of this position at the full working level.

    • Serves as an expert analyst responsible for developing and/or interpreting guidance on program planning, execution, and evaluation.
    • Leads or serves as a team analyst or advisor overseeing team members, project leaders, and/or project support personnel.
    • Prepares directives, issuances, memoranda, policy statements, legislative proposals, and other written guidelines and recommendations to introduce new initiatives and to recommend effective operations consistent with policies and objectives.
    • Develops long-range program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones.
    • Identifies and develops ways to resolve or address issues which directly affect the accomplishment of principal program goals and objectives.

    Requirements Conditions of Employment

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National and provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. (Birth certificate showing birth in the U.S; Unexpired U.S. Passport; Certificate of Citizenship or Naturalization; or Report of Birth Abroad of a U.S. Citizen (Form FS-240))
    • Must successfully complete a background investigation, including a FBI criminal history record check (fingerprint check).
    Qualifications
    Federal experience is not required. The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-timework is considered on a prorated basis.     Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal Service. Examples of specialized experience includes

    SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: A wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative; management and organizational principles to apply to programs, projects and studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and means to improve them. Knowledge of project management and organizational to evaluate complex projects and studies and the ability to identify problem areas, trends, deficiencies, or other similar factors affecting operations. Your experience should include an understanding of budgeting methods and techniques, the ability to prepare analyses and estimates, and oral communication techniques sufficient to present findings, deliver briefings, and negotiate solutions to disputed recommendations.
