The Director will lead a team and be responsible for a broad range of key accounting, operations, analysis and reporting duties all related to Revenue, GTN, Forecasting, Contracts, Pricing and Rebates. The Director will liaise/collaborate with the third-parties as well as partner with senior business leaders, in order to provide insight and actionable analysis on revenue, inventory, accounts receivable/rebates and collections metrics. In addition the Manager will take the initiative to identify process improvement opportunities and partner with team members and IT to develop and implement solutions.
Key Challenges
The Director will be relied upon as the lead on GTN accounting and will be tasked with training and developing staff members insuring a clear understanding of GTN. Building relationships with key business partners in the Sales, Contracting, Marketing and Finance organizations. Developing and implementing industry best practices within the Revenue Reporting and Accounting space.
A bachelors degree in finance or accounting and at least 6 years of broad scope accounting, reporting and analysis experience from the pharmaceutical space with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical contracting, rebate programs and Gross to Net (GTN) .
Advanced Excel, SAP and data analysis skills.
Confidence, strong communication skills and the ability to present to senior business leaders
