THE ROLE OF DIRECTOR OF HOSPITALITY SALES AND REVENUE

As our Director of Hospitality Sales and Revenue, you collaborate with managers and account executives to chart the course for revenue growth. You start the development and execution of sales plans, identifying innovative strategies to expand our customer base and drive top-line revenue. You also engage in meaningful interactions with current and potential customers, selling not just a product but an experience. With a keen eye for analytics, you analyze market trends and pricing strategies, ensuring that every decision is backed by data. Your leadership extends beyond the boardroom, as you mentor and coach your team!

Requirements:

• Outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
• 10 years in a sales leadership or management role OR experience in this role or a similar position
• Strong background in hotel operations, revenue management principles, and sales and marketing plan creation
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and database management
• Strong background in hotel operations, revenue management principles, sales and marketing plan and budget creation.
