Full Time Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist

Our hearing healthcare providers guide patients through the process of diagnostic testing, selection, fitting, and sale of hearing instruments according to our patients’ lifestyle and level of hearing loss. You Will:

• Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
• Execute a treatment plan through counseling and education
• Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
• Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc
• Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management of office
• Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Integrity Selling protocall.
• An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomy

You will need:

For Audiologists

• Must have Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
• Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in the state you're applying

For Hearing Instrument Specialists

• Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in the state you're applying
• High school diploma required, college degree in a related field preferred
• 1 plus years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids is preferred
• Strong problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Including bonuses and commission)
