Being a Returns Supervisor ensures the returns process follows appropriate procedures and maintains documents as necessary. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Returns Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Returns Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining inventory integrity and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.
Job Duties :
- Keep our inventory in ship-shape through meticulous organization and maintenance
- Flex those muscles with unassisted lifting up to 50lbs
- Keep tabs on inventory movements and track products as they flow through the warehouse
- Be our quality control champ by inspecting inventory for any defects or damages
- Play a crucial role in filling and verifying customer orders with precision
- Master the art of operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery
- Package and ship orders accurately, ensuring they reach their destination in perfect condition
- Become a whiz at entering data into SAP programs
- Collaborate closely with management to achieve our key objectives
Schedule : 1 st shift 8 : 00am to 4 : 320pm Monday thru Friday OT available
Pay : $16.50 per hour
