Qualifications:

Strong technical warehousing skills (systems and equipment), experience in inventory control.
Strong understanding of quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor, coach, and motivate a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
