    We’re not solving a small problem, and we’re not addressing a small market. We’re going after returns—the part of online shopping that consumers say they hate most.


    You will be part of the Sales team, which is responsible for selling to our new retailer partners, and ensuring they are supported moving forward after launch. No two retailers are the same, which is why having an SDR who can lead, adapt, and execute efficiently while setting the tone for the customer relationship is extremely important to our team.


    This position generates leads for the sales team by working closely with our Revenue Operations team, Enterprise Account Executives and a broad range of sales teams inside PayPal. The primary deliverable of this role is a reliable flow of qualified leads for the sales team.


    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Work with sales, customer success and demand gen teams inside of PayPal to pass leads to the Happy Returns sales team
    • Manage lead lists from multiple PayPal teams, filtering for quality and status
    • Own reporting on progress towards lead-pass goals, including value, source and other operational detail
    • Setup, lead and follow up on meetings with other PayPal teams to track status of leads
    • Source qualified leads through outbound email, call, LinkedIn and other channels
    • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
    • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting
    • Support special projects such data cleanup on large batches of accounts, account research, improve Salesforce data hygiene

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
    • Strong written and oral communication skill
    • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
    • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
    • Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce and sales automation tools
    • Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes preferred
