    Job Description

    This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in our North Olmsted office to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation.

    The Returns Analyst is responsible for:

    • Manage and execute processes for recurring monitoring and reporting for Retail Returns including drivers, trends, and disputes.
    • Analyze new and existing data sources in conjunction with a working knowledge of Retail contracts to identify and dispute returns for the Moen business.
    • Pull together input from AR team and Returns Center to build Returns disputes.
    • Become an integral team member of the Returns Reduction Tasks force with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, and Returns Operations to investigate trends and develop processes & systems for reduction in overall Returns burden to the Moen P&L.
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, the sciences, or related field. Commensurate experience will be considered.
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for dealing with all levels of staff, customers, suppliers, and operations.
    • Experience applying analytics to drive results and increase value.
    • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as QlikView, QlikSense, and Tableau.
    • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
