Job Overview:
232 Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Shipping and Returns Associate to join our fast-paced team. In this role, the candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of our e-commerce operations by handling both outbound shipments and inbound returns processing.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize our shipping software to process outgoing orders efficiently.
• Manage digital aspects of shipping, including operating ShipStation, printing labels, uploading tracking numbers, and emailing order files to vendors.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively with carriers to ensure timely deliveries and address any shipping issues.
• Assist in processing customer returns on an as-needed basis throughout the day.
• Inspect returned items carefully to ensure they meet our return criteria, including condition, completeness, and adherence to return policies.
• Process approved returns for restocking and report any trends or recurring issues with returned items to the appropriate team.
• Conduct inventory checks as needed and assist in the RMA returns process..
• Complete miscellaneous tasks such as checking on tracking, confirming deliveries with USPS, and canceling orders as needed.
• Assist in picking, packing, and shipping items as required.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills, with experience in using shipping software like ShipStation and basic spreadsheet applications preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
