Returns Supervisor supervises the receipt of goods for return and coordinates return of goods to vendors. Handles defective, discontinued or recalled goods and destroys returned goods as appropriate. Being a Returns Supervisor ensures the returns process follows appropriate procedures and maintains documents as necessary. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Returns Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Returns Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. The Clinical Associate role at PATTERNS is a mid-tier supervisory role to a variety of approved insurance-based funding sources. All Associates must work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position allows for the accumulation of unrestricted hours of fieldwork supervision for BCBA candidates. Clinical Associates are responsible for assisting the assigned clinician with an identified caseload in a defined clinic or region.
YOUR VALUED ROLE
As an integral part of our team, you will assist the Clinical Supervisor/ Clinical Manager with including but not limited to- Hiring, training, supervising and developing Behavior Technicians
