Your Impact

This is a multi-faceted role encompassing responsibility in Supply Chain, Reverse Logistics, Transportation and Refurbishment Operations. This position will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain through the reverse logistics flow and into the channels for the re-sale of refurbished products.

What You’ll Do

Location: Scottsdale, AZ - Deer Valley Location
Reports to: Director of Distribution
Direct Reports: 3

• Collaborate cross-functionally in the definition of the global reverse logistic operations strategy and own the implementation and management of processes and capability to deliver value to Axon, improving customer experience while optimizing cost structure.
• Drive operational improvement thru use of KIPs to optimize and reduce overall end-to-end reverse logistic cycle time and inventory
• Develop and track best practice across geography and operations to ensure effective delivery of reverse logistic services and global consistency
• Run continuous improvement projects spanning multiple geographies and operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the various cross-functional teams to ensure overall program alignment.
• Influence various teams without direct reporting structure
• Demonstrate the agility required to quickly shift focus between tasks to deliver on multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with ability to understand complex problems and distill the message into a clear plan.
• Positive, enthusiastic, fast learner, can-do mindset and passionate about process improvements and data analysis.

What You Bring

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 year experience in managing and improving supply chain and reverse logistics in consumer electronics market
• Confidence with complex data analysis and using data to drive improvements
• Strong written & verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner
• Knowledge of manufacturing, quality & supply chain metric

The Pay

Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 110,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 150,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
