Job Description: The Coordinator/Liaison for Returns reports directly to the Director of Operations. Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reporting. Acts as the liaison between the Returns department, Finance, Merchants, and Vendors.

Role and Responsibilities

• Runs Queries to build reports.

• Maintains data and provides information as needed on Returns department.

• Interacts via email/phone with Merchants/Finance/Vendors. Expected to respond in a timely manner and with professionalism.

• Does Analysis of Returns Processes including gathering data and running comparisons on sorter data.

• Assists Returns department as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School diploma required.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent Customer Service skills including the ability to communicate via phone/email/conference call both internally and externally.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook

• High degree of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiar with queries/AS400

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Must be able to sit at a computer or desk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to use hands/arms to operate keyboard, telephone and for repetitive motion activities.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance.
• Must be able to communicate using speech, sight, and sound with or without assistive device.
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop or crouch while performing daily activities of the job.
