Returns Manager is responsible for the entire returns process. Communicates the returns process with vendors, customers, and employees and manages employees involved in the returns process. Being a Returns Manager may require an associate degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Returns Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Returns Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. A Day in the Life
As a Returns Clerk, you will play an important part of the Returns team by organizing and completing all warranty, quality control, repairs and returns duties. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

1st Shift: Monday – Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
