Returns Manager is responsible for the entire returns process. Communicates the returns process with vendors, customers, and employees and manages employees involved in the returns process. The Returns Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Hiring for 6:00AM to 2:30PM shift, with a 40 hours/week requirement.
When overtime is available: Warehouse operating hours from 5am to 3:30pm, M-F, flexible on early start or stay after shift for overtime hours.
Hourly wage: $15.00/hour

Position Overview: Must have some previous warehouse experience with proven record of excellent attendance.
Warehouse worker in LaPorte, Indiana, processing returned books. Work in individualized stations, with computer system and scanners to process credits to customers. Collect product from conveyor line, sort, and put in designated locations. Use pallet jack to move material as needed.
Possess the capability of reading and comprehending instructions/procedures.Good communication skills.

Maintain motivation while performing repetitive tasks.Capable of standing all day and lifting up to 50 pounds.Use pallet jack to move pallets up to 600lbs.Use ladder or stool to and reach overhead.Good organizational and Math skills.Computer literate, prefer knowledge of AS400.
