Bailiwick seeks an experienced, passionate and strategic Warehouse Returns Manager to contribute to our ongoing success and growth.
The role of the Warehouse Returns Manager will be responsible for leading the Disposition department. The team is currently comprised of 25 employees. Bailiwick defines the Disposition department as handling all returned equipment, from a closing site to an advanced replacement return. This is a position that includes managing multi-customer disposition projects, as well as providing leadership and direction to employees. This position will be involved in disposition operations including resource planning, billing, project initiation, supply ordering, inventory and data feed reconsolidation, and reporting. The Warehouse Returns Managers helps to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and at 100% accuracy. This individual works closely with the project management and warehouse teams to ensure project goals are met. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the initial orientation, training, direction, and coordination of members of the disposition team.
