The Returns Clerk/Balance Clerk is responsible for, investigating, re-entering, and balancing check items that reject under normal processing in a multi-bank traditional and imaging processing environment. The Returns Clerk is balancing NSF items and communicating with banks contacts regarding return items in an imaging multi-bank processing environment. Provides exceptional customer service in ensuring that all DCI financial institutions and customers receive effective, complete, and satisfactory delivery and utilization of DCI’s processing services. This individual must be flexible to work varying schedules as requested to meet operation requirements.
This position will be located in Hutchinson, KS. The hours are on a rotating schedule (6:30/7/8/9 am - 3:30/4/5/6 pm).
