Returns Manager is responsible for the entire returns process. Communicates the returns process with vendors, customers, and employees and manages employees involved in the returns process. Being a Returns Manager may require an associate degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Returns Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Returns Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. About the Opportunity: The role of Returns Associate is to oversee the timely processing of customer returns for Culture Kings US Customers. The role requires working closely with our 3PL partner to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times in the order return journey.
The R.A will identify opportunities and implement SOP’s to improve processing times and accuracy.
This role requires identifying Returns trends and reporting back data that aims to reduce returns and improve customer experience.
