Returns Manager is responsible for the entire returns process. Communicates the returns process with vendors, customers, and employees and manages employees involved in the returns process. Being a Returns Manager may require an associate degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Returns Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. The hybrid “Vuori Returns Specialist/Driver” role will split their time (about 80/20) between processing refunds for ECOM and Wholesale returns in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, along with making pickups from the international cross dock. The Returns Specialist aspect includes being responsible for grading the condition of returned product with keen attention to detail and guaranteeing only brand new, unworn items are resold to our Vuori customers. Using a computer and scan application, you will process the returns into our ERP. Returns Specialists work cross functionally with the Customer Service and Wholesale Teams to confirm proper refunds are issued in a timely manner. As a Vuori “Driver,” you are responsible and have a clean driving record. You will make pick-ups 3 times a week and handle miscellaneous deliveries as necessary. You will represent Vuori in a professional manner while on the road and maintain professional relationships with our partners.
