Returns Manager is responsible for the entire returns process. Communicates the returns process with vendors, customers, and employees and manages employees involved in the returns process. Being a Returns Manager may require an associate degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Returns Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Returns Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. We are currently seeking a results-driven manager with a passion for excellence for an exciting career opportunity. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2- 3 years demonstrated leadership abilities (casual dining a plus but not required).
Restaurant Managers report to the General Manager and assist in leading the operations of the restaurant and a team of 40 hourly associates. Applebee's managers work 5 day work weeks, 50 hours including nights, weekends and some holidays. Ideal candidate must have a commitment to quality and passion for exceptional guest service as well as the following skills/abilities:
