Returns Clerk processes all repairs and returns in a timely manner. Schedules, submits and initiates supplier returns in accordance with standard procedures. Being a Returns Clerk records related data and supplier policies during future reporting process. May require an associate degree. Additionally, Returns Clerk typically reports to a supervisor. The Returns Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Under general supervision, will provide data entry service to the Energy Services Intake Team.

Knowledge, Skills and/or Ability Required
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of administrative experience or data entry experience.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software including Google Suite.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current valid California Driver's license and appropriate insurance per Agency requirements. Must have reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record as determined by the agency.
Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to speak and write fluent Spanish required. Must type 45 words per minute.
