Are you looking for a dynamic role that combines physical work with computer-based tasks Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same DPI Staffing is seeking a computer saavy, flexible, and motivated candidate for our Shipping and Returns Clerk position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with shipping operations, including packaging products, creating shipping paperwork, and using pallet jacks.
- Handle returns requests through computer systems, ensuring timely processing and customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating spreadsheets and maintaining shipping records.
- Support setup and cleanup for an upcoming large event in May, involving coordination with event organizers and team members.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in various aspects of our operations, including shipping, returns processing, and event coordination. Candidates should be prepared for a flexible work environment where they may be assigned to different tasks throughout the day. This is NOT an office environment role.
Requirements:
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting boxes, using pallet jacks, and assisting with event setup and cleanup.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry, creating shipping documents, and using basic office software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to work in different areas as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
