Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Returns Analytics team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large volumes of complex supply chain data to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations. Your expertise in data science, data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization will play a crucial role in improving operational efficiency and identifying opportunities.

What you’ll do:

• Create models to analyze customer returns and support return strategy initiatives with scenario modeling capabilities.
• Assist the business about what and why of customer returns, detecting variables using predictive modeling to understand the sensitivity to multiple variables.
• Be a strategic, analytical, and consultative partner to Sam’s Club Return strategy.
• Perform hands-on complex analyses using SQL, Python/R
• Present to and influences the team and business audience using appropriate data visualization frameworks and conveys clear messages.
• To translate/ co-own business problems within one's discipline to data related or mathematical solutions. Identify appropriate methods/tools to be leveraged to provide a solution for the problem.
• Ideate and produce state-of-the-art analytics solutions to offer to stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

• Coding skills (SQL and Python) and database knowledge
• Statistical skills
• Visualization skills – Tableau / PowerBI
• You have a passion for working in a fast-paced agile environment.
• A collaborative mindset and sense of curiosity
