Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly English and Spanish, are a plus
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is desirable
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
