Retail Zone Manager manages multiple regional managers within a geographic region. Adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each manager and store based on goals set for the whole zone. Being a Retail Zone Manager designs and recommends regional sales and marketing promotions and sets short- and long-term retail sales strategies for the zone. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Retail Zone Manager typically reports to top management. The Retail Zone Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Retail Zone Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals that have experience BOTH in running the operations of a store, as well as selling a service such as healthcare packages and/or memberships. If selected, all new hires must pass two weeks of training where they learn our modalities and operations.

Earn $50,000 - $70,000 annually if you can follow a system that exceeds daily sales goals.
The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible assisting the studio Manager, driving studio sales/memberships, and all studio operations. These include, but are not limited to:
- Supervises staff and sets the tone in the studio.
- Responsible for the successful operation and financial accountability of the studio.
- Crushes Sales quotas and manages the pipeline of leads, while finding new leads
- Introduces potential prospects to our methods and presents them with a program suitable and tailored for them.
- Orchestrates the delivery of superior customer service, achievement of employees, and performance relative to your studio objectives.
- Provides leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Studio Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- Introduces potential prospects to our methods and presents them with a program suitable and tailored for them. This is a Selling role!
- Supports the work of the store General Manager (GM) and follows GM direction regarding goals, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
- Serves the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective practitioner-assisted stretching techniques, and the creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment.
