Zone Enterprises is currently looking for a Production Manager to join our team! The Production Manager manages the operations of all production areas to ensure volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning and establishing all work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity.

Responsibilities

• Routinely walk shop floor to oversee the production of the wide variety of engineered parts in accordance with our daily production schedule.
• Train and support Leads and Production Operators.
• Ensure quality of finished goods in accordance with our Quality System.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed.
• Audit work centers regularly to ensure all required operator activities are being completed correctly.
• Help employees understand and follow the employee handbook policies.
• Determine and maintain appropriate staffing levels to properly execute the production schedule.
• Support product development in producing “sample” products.
• Ensure the reliable collection and recording of production data.
• Analyze production data and implement improvements

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have 5 years of supervisory experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Approachable personality with a “team” mentality is a must to join our team
• Strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
