Retail Zone Manager manages multiple regional managers within a geographic region. Adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each manager and store based on goals set for the whole zone. Being a Retail Zone Manager designs and recommends regional sales and marketing promotions and sets short- and long-term retail sales strategies for the zone. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Retail Zone Manager typically reports to top management. The Retail Zone Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Retail Zone Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. - Serves the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service and individualized and effective practitioner-assisted stretching consistent with their program protocols.
- Supports the work of the studio General Manager (GM) and follows GM's direction regarding goals, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
- Assists the GM in establishing and driving studio culture.
- Assists the GM in managing the studio staff.
