Skills & Abilities:- Answer telephones efficiently and professionally to schedule appointments and answer customer inquiries.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Self-started who requires little direction.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Education & Experience:- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service position required.
- Experience using social media preferred.
- Experience working in a service industry environment preferred.
Physical Requirements:- Regularly required to stand, walk and sit for extended periods during the day.
- Regularly use hands to reach; ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
