Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from upper management, employees, vendors, customers and the general public.
Ability to read, speak and understand Spanish desirable.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the store. Supervises four to five non-supervisory employees and one assistant store manager/sales manager in a team environment.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities also include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
