Retail Tire Store Manager Assistant assists the store manager with the day-to-day operations of a retail tire store/center. Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Being a Retail Tire Store Manager Assistant manages the tire center in absence of the manager. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area. Additionally, Retail Tire Store Manager Assistant typically reports to a store manager. The Retail Tire Store Manager Assistant supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Market and sell wireless products and services to customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members
- Coach and develop team members to improve sales performance
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with pricing and merchandising
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or wireless sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to effectively market and sell products and services
- Experience in team management or leadership roles is a plus
- Multilingual skills are a plus
