Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greet every customer with a friendly smile
· Assess customers' needs and provide Belle Tire solutions according to their needs while building a relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction is the bottom line
· Write work orders according to Belle Tire procedures
· Ability to process all forms of payment
· Meeting and exceeding defined goals and objectives
· Pick up tires/parts from stores and vendors if needed
· Expected to handle day to day paperwork of retail operation
· Daily cash reconciliation and handling a cash drawer
· Opening and closing the store as a part of key carrier duties
· Ship and receive products and complete physical inventory processes
· Directing and controlling workflow in the service department
· Recruiting, leading, training, mentoring employees along with fostering employee personal growth, and termination procedures
· Write a store schedule for all employees
· Responsible for health and safety in the workplace
· Do the right thing when interacting between employees and/or customers by communicating and representing one's self and Belle Tire in a professional manner
· Demonstrates a dedication of high quality service to internal and external customers
· Communicate with Support Center for updated policies, procedures, and maintain company brand standards
· Understand and analyze a profit & loss statement
· Set the tone every single day by being ready to start work by scheduled time
· Continuous thinking and sharing of ideas to improve Belle Tire
· Other duties as assigned by Direct of Retail Operations
Minimum Qualifications:
· 18 years of age
· Valid drivers' license
· Ability to read and write English
· Possess time management skills and the ability to multi-task
Education Requirements:
· High School Diploma/GED is required or vocational school certification
Preferred Qualifications:
· Automotive background
· General knowledge of Point of Sale systems
· General knowledge of Auto Service Sales processes
· General knowledge of hiring software
· General knowledge of Microsoft Office: (Excel & Word)
· Knowledge of hiring, training, employee relations, and termination procedures
Physical Requirements:
· The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
· The ability to safely lift of up to 75 pounds to chest level
· Bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, stretching, grabbing, reaching and any other activity normally associated with a Tire Technician position and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
Working Conditions:
Varying work hours, Mon-Sat, some additional hours outside of Mon-Sat may be required. Workshop environment, with heavy physical requirements
