Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of automotive technicians
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service jobs
- Provide guidance and support to technicians, assisting with complex repairs as needed
- Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with sales team to promote additional services and increase customer satisfaction

-Test drive customer vehicles as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology

-Oversee and Participate in maintaining quality control

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Proficient in using automotive diagnostic equipment and software
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance schedules and requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
