Assists and supports the Store Managers sales initiatives while assisting in the daily operational management of the retail store. Merchandising and visual execution, inventory management, theft control and loss prevention, safety and security, ordering and expense controls, labor management, and other operational duties. Primarily responsible for the mentoring, training and development of the customer specialists (cashier/ stock staff).
